Order and delivery

Now choose a color and/or size and click on "Add to cart".
You can of course continue shopping and return to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon at the top right.
Please note that items in your shopping cart do not mean that they are reserved.
Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to finalize your order. Click on the shopping cart at the top right to go to your Nuciance items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout. Here you can enter all your details on one page.
Please note: once you have completed your order, you will not be able to change it as it will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Nuciance covers the shipping costs. So you do not pay any shipping costs.
* However, you will have to pay the shipping costs including track & trace for the return of your item.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, where you will receive a link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We strive to deliver the products quickly. If you place your order before 9pm on working days, we will try to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10-15 working days.
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you at a PostNL branch (Bpost for Belgian orders) for 7 days. You will receive a message from the driver stating the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will send the shipment back to our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window of time to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered to your address but you have still not received your order, please report it. 14 days after the stated delivery date, PostNL will investigate and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
